I am a incoming Cambridge University student in Canterbury, having studied History, Classical Civilisations and Economics at A-Level. Having previously worked for a renowned tutoring franchise, I have 3 years of tutoring experience and hold an enhanced DBS check.

I offer help with A-Level History/Classics, GCSE English Literature/Language + university applications/Personal Statements including Oxbridge application and interview help.

Tutoring Experience

Previously worked at a tutoring company for 3 years. By tutoring children from ages 5-16, I have developed my English teaching skills and gained an enhanced DBS check.

Tutoring Approach

Being both a full-time student and previous tutor myself, I bring this experience to enliven my teaching and bring clarity to History, English Lit and Language, and humanities generally. No student is the same - with my experience working at a tutoring company, I tailor each student an individualised and flexible programme.

A-Level History: I studied OCR Wars of the Roses, China & Its Rulers 1839-1989, The Cold War in Asia.
Students often find History thematic essays tricky as the exam board calls for knowledge to be drawn upon from 1000+years of history - however I crafted my own way of tackling such essays.

GCSE English Literature: An Inspector Calls, Macbeth, Jekyll and Hyde.
I created personalised revision notes which were the main reason that I achieved 9s - I am more than happy to share these with students.

I can provide last-minute help before exam season or long term course support.
