Personal Description: I am originally from Ireland. I'm currently studying for a phd in theoretical physics in Cambridge. I did a degree and masters in math science covering areas of maths, maths physics and statistics in UCD, Dublin.
Tutoring Experience: I've tutored secondary level students in the past, as well as supervising university undergrads in different areas of maths and physics.
Tutoring Approach: I take the view that any maths related subject is 'built from the ground up'. The key work, I believe, must be on getting the basics right. However without motivation for a topic it would always be difficult. Therefore I think it's always important to emphasise possible applications of the topics.
