Personal Description: I am an enthusiatic and friendly graduate with experience of working with young people of all ages. I am a committed historian, but can also teach a number of other subjects to GCSE level.

Tutoring Experience: Dance teacher from 2007 for age groups 4- adult, private tutor for KS2, language assistant and translator for Polish children/ teenagers in England.

Tutoring Approach: I firmly believe that success in any subject will be made much more likely by engagement and enthusiasm for the subject. As such, I try to provide lively lessons, in which tutees are encouraged to share their own ideas. I think it is very important to work alongside lessons provided at school, with the curriculum selected by the tutee's school teacher. This framework reinforces/ clarifies what a child may have learned that day at school, and provides a structured way in which to move towards successful results.

• BA History 2.1 (University of Oxford)
