Personal Description: I am a 20 year old female undergraduate student at the University of Exeter studying for a History BA. I am flexible in the hours that I can tutor and can travel to tutees homes as I possess my own transport.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught reading skills in sixth form to those struggling with their reading and can offer this also as part of my tutoring if required. I have also worked in a nursery and although I helped those who are perhaps younger than most of the tutees it did help me by giving me teaching experience in basic literacy and numeracy skills as well as developing a high level of patience and commitment.

Tutoring Approach: My approach to tutoring is based entirely on the tutees particular way and level of learning. I will never go ahead of the tutee in their learning for example skimming over certain areas. I will make sure that the tutee is completely satisfied with what they have learnt and the pace that they are currently going at. I aim to make learning fun at the same time perhaps by the use of websites or other learning aids.
