Personal Description: I am a PhD student at Cranfield University where I am researching Energy Technology, with a chemistry focus. As an undergraduate I previously studied Environmental Science at Nottingham University where I graduated with a First Class degree and achieved the highest grade in my year group. Having studied Environmental Science, which has a basis in biology, chemistry and physics, I tutor all sciences up to GCSE level.

Aside from my PhD, I am a keen horse rider and I play netball for my local team, and I also enjoy socialising with my family and friends.

Tutoring Experience: Whilst undertaking my A Levels I tutored GCSE Combined Science, Chemistry and Biology. My tutees achieved excellent grades (A/A*) and went on to study their chosen subjects at sixth form.

Tutoring Approach: Science can be perceived as 'boring' or 'hard' by many students, however it is both fascinating and intriguing, as well as useful throughout our daily lives! Good science grades at school, and GCSE in particular, are essential to ensure that students can go on to follow their chosen paths, be it continued education or work. I aim to make learning interesting, as well as ensuring that all required topics are covered throroughly and in depth. I don't charge for travelling to tutees.
