Personal Description: Taught initially by my father, an ex army Pipe Major before moving on to other world known tutors to perfect my art. Have played at various functions both home and abroad,including the Edinburgh Tattoo and latterly competing in Grade 1 with the Lothian and Borders Pipe band. Recently attained level 4 (six available) PDQB certificate, at the College of Piping in Glasgow, and studying for level 5.

Tutoring Experience: Taught new and exisiting members of various bands I have been a member of. Currently assisting the Pipe Major at the Royal Corps of Signals pipe band and also teaching pupils at both Milton Abbey and Sherborne private schools.

Tutoring Approach: Relaxed approach but all sessions tailored to suit individual needs and ability. All sessions carried out in a structured manner.
