Personal Description: I am 30 years old and currently doing my Phd from University of Manchester.

Teaching Approach: I used to teach the students according to thier understanding levels and their phyche . It is very important for the good tutor to know the psychology of the students to whom he is delivering the lecture as not every one can understand the same thing with the same examples/stuff.
Before any discussion of the subject, I am keen to know my tutee on a personal level. Their strengths, weaknesses, the past, likes, dislikes and anything else. This information gives me a better understanding of which approach to use in teaching. My teaching style is always in a conversational manner; the key objective is to spark interest .Once this is achieved , the rest of the work is quite pleasant
