  1. At what point do I have to pay?

    Only when you have chosen to accept a trainer's offer of training do we charge a £5.00 introduction fee. It is free to search, browse and contact trainers. You must pay your trainer their hourly rate directly.

  2. How do I choose a trainer?

    Please see our article, Which Trainer? for guidance.

  3. How do I contact the trainers?

    Contact a prospective trainer free of charge by becoming a member. Once your trainer has received and accepted your request we will release their contact details at your request, conditional upon you paying a £5.00 fee. We also e-mail the trainer your details simultaneously so you can both contact one another.

  4. I have not heard from a trainer and wish to release their details.

    It may be your trainer is on holiday or temporarily unavailable. We contact all trainers as soon as you make your enquiry but cannot force them to respond. We would always recommend contacting more than one trainer.
