Personal Description: As an award-winning communications professional, I offer bespoke training for individuals and groups to help you go communicate with clarity and confidence. My professional background is in journalism, and then in corporate communications for large charities. I have managed busy press offices, safeguarded reputations through crisis management, and designed and implemented joined-up organisational communication strategies. I have also trained staff at all levels, both on an in-house and consultancy basis.

Training Specialisms: How to make the most of your local media: tailored workshops for small groups, focusing on the media in your area and featuring (where possible) local journalists.
Preparing for interviews: for individuals or small groups, helping you to think about your presentation, messaging and how to answer those difficult questions. Ideal for your key spokespeople.
Joined-up communications: workships to help you think through the impression that your communications currently make and move towards an understanding of how to make them more effective.
Sharepoint training: bespoke end user training for groups and individuals on how to get the most out of Microsoft Sharepoint (2003 and 2007 versions).

Training Methods: My training is tailored to your requirements and uses a variety of methods including one-to-one coaching, practical exercises and guided group discussion.

Qualifications:
