    Whenever a prospective client wants to contact you, we will email immediately with details of their enquiry. Please note that we ask trainers to respond to enquiries and where trainers do not respond we will switch their accounts off so that other active trainers benefit from the business and prospective clients are not disappointed.

    You simply register with us online to create a training profile and begin promoting your services.

    Simply login to your member's area to alter any aspect of your training profile at any time.

  4. How do I pay my First Tutors: Business fees?

    You can pay by credit or debit card online. We will e-mail you to request payment.

  5. I understand clients can create feedback about me, how does this work?

    We understand that clients value feedback and that trainers benefit from positive referrals so we have built a feedback system enabling clients to give feedback quickly and easily. After you have been introduced to a client, we will email the client inviting them to give feedback, which you can then comment upon and publish if you choose.

  6. What qualifications do I need to register as a training provider?

    Our trainers cover a very broad spectrum of expertise and disciplines, so writing a prescriptive list is infeasible. We suggest the best way is to ask yourself which areas of true expertise you can offer based on your experience and qualifications and whether you will feel comfortable to have this knowledge probed by a professional audience and still remain credible.

  7. Do you employ trainers?

    No, all trainers work as self-employed freelancers, we do not employ any trainers.
