  1. How much does this cost?

    We onlt charge a one-off fee of £5.00 for an introduction to your chosen trainer. The trainer's costs are illustrated on their profiles.

  2. How do I select a trainer?

  3. How do I verify credentials?

    Trainers create their own profiles and as we would recommend checking any client referrals or qualifications you wish to by simply asking the trainer ahead of your first session. Professional trainers are never concerned to be asked for a positive referral.

  4. How do I contact the trainers?

    To contact the trainers, simply register, login and then tick the box next to the trainers you wish to contact to send them a message free of charge through our private members system. When you have finalised your choice of trainer you can then pay our one-of fee for full contact details.

    Alternatively, if you'd rather get to business straight away, register and tick the boxes next to your preferred trainer's name and we also provide the option to 'Quick Buy' which will put you in touch immediately.
