Personal Description: I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children. I work as a mixed media artist in the education and public art fields, and continue to practice as a specialist tutor and education consultant and trainer. I also edit a Journal on The Philosophy of Photography and write in this field.

Teaching Experience: I am a Lecturer in Art, Critical Theory and 20th C Art History. I have been working as an Education Consultant since 2002. I have also been providing 1:1 tuition for twenty years in FE and HE contexts, especially for students with Dyslexia but for all student's Study Skills and Independent Learning needs. For the past 7 years, I have worked at two Universities as a support tutor in Arts, Architecture and Social Sciences as well as Art History and Critical Studies more generally.

Teaching Approach: I am an excellent listener and very experienced in a range of individual tuition styles to match individuals needs.
