Personal Description: I studied catering and hospitality for 2 years, and have since worked in several catering establishments and love creating my own recipes. I'm easy going and fun loving, so if you want some help or advice with cooking let me know.

Teaching Experience: I have little actual teaching experience other than teaching friends and family cooking techniques and recipes.

Teaching Approach: I like an informal approach to cooking. I believe that cooking should be fun and enjoyable. I'm willing to work at your pace, whether you're a complete amatuer or just need some more technical tips.

Qualifications:

• AVCE in Hospitality and catering
• NVQ level 2 food preperation
