Personal Description: I was a Distinction International Marketing graduate of Newcastle University but I am definitely not a book worm.
During my leisure time, I love cooking, drawing and dancing. Talking about cooking, I amazed everyone around me as I couldn't even cut an onion before I came to England but today, I am proud to tell you that I was "awarded" with the name of "little chef" by everyone who has tasted my food.

I can cook Asian food, be it an economical and healthy meal or a scrumptious 8 courses meal, exceptionally well.
For your information, I speak English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and Taiwanese :)

Teaching Experience: "A good cook is the gift of the Gods, a perfect creature from brain to the palate." BUT do you know that anyone can be a great cook if you have the right guidance and passion.

Now I am very happy to tell you that I cook exceptionally well and enjoy my own food with my loved one every week. You won't exactly know the amount of pleasure and joy until you experience it yourself. If you did not normally cook for him or her try this once on any special or normal occasion, I am sure both of you would love it! With an ace in cooking which can be cultivated, you can make meal for your family, friends or for any occasion at the same time to satisfy their wild taste buds.

Teaching Approach: This is a one-to-one home coaching where every single detail, from A to Z, will be guided along the way of cooking.
You can choose the dish out of my list or you can pick your own preferred dish before our actual class and I will prepare everything. A complete note and recipe will be given to you end of the lesson.
