Starting with a new learner

First impressions matter, so ensure you give the right impression to your new learner by picking up the phone to contact them swiftly rather than leaving them to chase you. Learners can be anxious when making arrangements with a teacher, especially if they have exams to consider, so put them at ease by making arrangements quickly, showing up on time and arriving well prepared.
