At what point do I have to pay?
Only when you have chosen to accept a teacher's offer of tuition do we charge a £5.00 introduction fee. It is free to search, browse and contact teachers. You must pay your teacher their hourly rate directly. We ask that learners please honour their commitment and arrange and pay for their first lesson with their selected teacher. This means the teacher's fees are always covered. Beyond this, your decision to continue with your teacher will obviously be a reflection of how well your first lesson progresses. How do I choose a teacher?

How do I contact the teachers?
Contact a prospective teacher free of charge by becoming a member. Once your teacher has received and accepted your request we will release their contact details at your request, conditional upon you paying a £5.00 fee. We also e-mail the teacher your details simultaneously so you can both contact one another.
I have not heard from a teacher and wish to release their details.
It may be your teacher is on holiday or temporarily unavailable. We contact all teachers as soon as you make your enquiry but cannot force them to respond. We would always recommend contacting more than one teacher.
