I would’ve liked it to be clearer how the service actually works, as in there’s a few to access the contact details of the tutor. The fee is also very reasonable but it’s not stated clearly until you’re actually paying it. I did check reviews to confirm that the site is not a scam, which helped.”

“The website is amazing, the R60 one pays to get in touch with a tutor is very affordable. I find other websites very expensive and processes very cumbersome. On the negative side, there are very few tutors available for what I was looking for (Zulu) and there are old profiles online still and if you click on them then an error message says the profile is not available. It would be best to totally (or temporarily) make those profile unseen.
Maybe beyond the website, please make sure your tutors are trained (general etiquette) and able to commence when someone reaches out to them for lessons and not find many stumbling block preventing the classes from happening.”
