Personal Description: Hi
I'm an Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate from the University of Auckland who's come down here to Wellington till July. I currently work fulltime at a telecommunications company, and am looking to continue tutoring in the evenings or weekends.

Tutoring Experience: I have done private tutoring and also did tutoring as part of a company. I sat the CIE exams myself with straight A grades, and my specialty lies in Maths and Physics up to A2. I have also taught NCEA lvl1-3 Calculus and Physics and lvl2 Stats and Chemistry. So far I have personally tutored about 12 students in paid tuition and a few more through school.

Tutoring Approach: I love using analogies or real-life examples, as students appreciate content more if they can see how it use practically used. I usually start with the first lesson simply gauging where the student is. In subsequent lessons I act as a guide. Usually the students approaches me with problems and I help them solve it, and show the method of doing so. I'm also happy to teach new topics and to get students to an advanced standing compared to where the rest of the class is.

• Bachelors (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2009) - University of Auckland
• Cambridge International Examinations (2005) - 5 As in 5 subjects
• GCE London 'O' Levels - 8As in 8 subjects
