Personal Description: I am a Native Mandarin Speaker originally from China, and I have been lived in Browns Bay, North shore Auckland in the past 8 years. During the daytime, I am working as an early childhood educarer from home, and during after-school hours and weekend I am working as a professional mandarin teacher, aiming to motivate kids to learn language in a constructive and interesting way.

Tutoring Experience: I have two years primary school Mandarin teaching experience back in China, and in New Zealand I have been teaching Mandarin in Browns Bay community centre and also from home for the past one and half years. My students are aged between 4 - 15, and they are originally from different places like New Zealand, China, Korea, Indonesian and Malaysia.

Tutoring Approach: The learning material is specially prepared by me, targeting to help New Zealand kids to learn speaking, reading and writing Chinese more effectively. Children are normally grouped in small classes according to their language level. I encourage students to learn Chinese in a fun and innovative way.

• Graduate Diploma in Science, Massey University 2002
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, China 1982
